Campaign Manager, Advertising Operations

Your Role at Visible Measures:

Visible Measures is seeking a smart and creative person to join our Advertising Operations team to help support the growth of video advertising and other revenue generating opportunities.​ The Ad Operations Campaign Manager plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution and revenue recognition of all advertising programs.​ This role is crucial to ensuring the success of online campaigns from initial implementation to final delivery by managing advertising campaign spend (including scheduling and trafficking) for all advertisers, analysis of campaign performance, and working hand-in-hand with the internal Sales group as well as cross functionally with our Product group.​

 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute timely campaign launch, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy.
  • Create reports encompassing paid, earned, and owned channels, by consolidating data from a variety of sources for presentations provided to clients
  • Manage daily campaign reporting and escalate where applicable to ensure campaigns deliver-in-full and key performance metrics are met.
  • Proactively optimize advertiser campaigns by evaluating performance data and making strategic recommending adjustments to improve campaign performance.
  • Work directly with third party ad servers, clients, trafficking teams and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission and ad trafficking.
  • Oversee the QA process, including testing all creative assigned to your campaigns.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Knowledge of the online advertising industry
  • Good general computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • An energetic, self-starter willing to adapt in an entrepreneurial organization
  • Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Basic knowledge of adservers such as DFA, Vindico, Sizmik, and Atlas

 

Preferred background /​experience:

  • 2+​ years’ experience in an online work capacity, ideally in an advertising or media environment
  • Online video experience – ad operations preferred
  • BA or BS required
