Visible Measures Taps Industry Leaders to Expand Business Development Team
Seasoned Executives from Digitas, Brightcove and Interwoven to Broaden Customer and Partner Relationships and Accelerate Visible Measures' Go-to-Market Approach

BOSTON, May 27
-- Visible Measures Corp., an independent third-party measurement firm specializing in Internet video consumption and distribution, today announced the addition of three executives to the company's business development team:

-- Seraj Bharwani, previously a founding partner of Digitas, joins in the role of senior vice president of business development
-- Evan Berg, previously of Brightcove, joins as vice president of corporate and business development
-- Alex Nasson, previously with Interwoven, joins as director of alliances and channels

These three new hires join Scott Velechko, Visible Measures' vice president of sales, in driving the company's go-to-market execution to build both customer and partner relationships.

Seraj Bharwani, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Bharwani served as senior vice president and group director at Digitas for more than 14 years. He joined the company as part of the founding team that led the company through its early growth phase, the IPO and ultimately the exit via acquisition by the Publicis Group. While at Digitas, Bharwani led the Strategic Alliances and Analytics group with the primary role of driving innovative co-marketing relationships and digital marketing for major consumer brands across a wide range of industries in the U.S. and overseas.

Evan Berg, Vice President, Corporate and Business Development

Prior to Visible Measures, Berg spent two years at Brightcove, a leading Internet TV platform provider and a Visible Measures partner. At Brightcove, Evan helped video publishers monetize their content by working with online advertising networks while also enabling publishers to distribute their Internet TV content to web portals, web syndicates and TVs. Previously Berg was senior director, Business Development at Macromedia, where he led several strategies including Macromedia's rich media advertising initiative and Flash's evolution into a video player. Evan joined Macromedia via their acquisition of Allaire, where he was a member of Allaire's Business Development team. Prior to joining Allaire, Berg was a corporate finance lawyer with a focus on securities, venture capital, technology licensing and M&A.

Alex Nasson, Director, Alliances & Channels

Nasson joined Interwoven in 2005 as director of Business Development where he was responsible for agency and partner sales, technical enablement and alignment with Interwoven's North American sales teams. Prior to joining Interwoven, Alex was the senior director of World Wide Alliances & Channels at Macromedia, responsible for all partner operations, programs and sales. In addition to his work at Macromedia, he has also held Alliances, Business Development, Channel and Direct Sales roles at Allaire, Sybase, Powersoft, Compaq and Digital Equipment.
