We are looking for an exceptional Engagement Manager to manage the successful day-to-day service delivery to a set of media clients. Engagement Managers are often the primary client contact as well as the project team leader, which requires an innate ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. The Engagement Manager has direct accountability to the client, as well as the senior staff.
This position requires impeccable writing and communication and interpersonal skills to synthesize and articulate customer needs, with delivery capabilities, into concise solutions that you will sell solutions to senior management within a client organization. You will coordinate your efforts closely with those of the business development, engineering, and professional services teams to understand and evangelize the needs of our clients, and to manage the quality of our customer delivery.
